    These homemade peeling recipes will help you get rid of the cellulite on your legs. These peelings, made of sea salt, brown sugar, and coffee, clean the skin of dead skin cells, improve circulation, and eliminate cellulite.

    1. Sea salt and brown sugar

    Make the peeling from 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of sea salt, juice from 1 squeezed lemon, several tsp. of olive oil, and several tsp. of honey. Apply the peeling and massage the critical spots in circles. Keep the peeling on for 5 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.

    2. Coffee peeling

    Mix ½ cup of coarsely ground coffee, a little olive oil, and three Tbsp. of sugar until you get a compact mixture. Rub the critical spots of your body. You may use a sponge for better effect.

    3. Seaweed and olive oil peeling

    Mix three spoons of chopped seaweed, a pinch of sea salt, and ¼ cup of olive oil. Massage the critical spots in circles for a few minutes. A better effect will be reached if you open the skin pores by taking a hot shower before applying the peeling. Wash the peeling off with cold water afterward.
